We're seeking a highly skilled Landscape Design Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a key player, you'll play a pivotal role in bringing our clients' visions to life.

• Achieving Excellence: Assist with estimating residential and commercial RFPs, design projects using software, and create 2D and 3D designs, renderings, and presentations.

• Outdoor Engagement: Work outdoors on job sites, selecting appropriate materials for designs and collaborating with senior designers and architects to create custom landscapes and outdoor living spaces.
• Administrative Skills: Utilize your excellent administrative and mathematics skills to measure, take pictures, shoot grades, and perform site work.

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Previous experience or education in the landscape and construction industry (preferred).
• General horticulture and plant material knowledge (preferred).
• Experience in hardscape construction (preferred).
• Excellent time management skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• A positive attitude.
• The ability to speak and read English.
• To be at least 18 years old.

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
