Assembly Technician

Flowly Solutions is seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our production team.


This is an entry-level position that requires the ability to assemble parts and box them for outgoing orders. The ideal candidate will have basic computer literacy and be able to lift 25 pounds throughout the workday.


The schedule for this role is Monday through Friday, with day, swing, and graveyard shifts available. Overtime may be required depending on the workload.


We offer a competitive pay range of $22.00 per hour, depending on experience, as well as medical and dental insurance plans, 401k retirement plans, and holiday pay.


Responsibilities:

  • Assemble parts and box them carefully and effectively
  • Follow written instructions to create products based on customer needs
  • Use computer programs to log completed orders and process shipping
  • Correctly place items into boxes and package them
  • Perform quality checks on your work to ensure proper assembly
  • Count products to ensure the correct amount of items are included in each order
  • Gather materials from the warehouse to be used in each project
  • Use scanners to keep track of inventory and item count
  • Print out labels and apply them to boxes

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a fast-paced production environment is preferred but not required
  • Remain detail-oriented to your work to prevent mistakes
  • Basic computer literacy
  • The ability to lift 25 pounds and move throughout the workday
  • Reliable transportation to work
  • No formal education is required
