Job Overview

About the Position

This role involves delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions in various settings, including homes, schools, and clinics. You will work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to track progress, collect data, and implement behavior reduction protocols. Your dedication and expertise will make a significant difference in the lives of our clients and their families.

Responsibilities

- Implement one-on-one ABA intervention programs for children in diverse environments
- Collect and analyze behavioral data to inform treatment plans
- Teach essential skills to children as outlined in their individualized plans
- Attend regular supervisory meetings with BCBAs to ensure seamless collaboration

Requirements

- Possess a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Pass a thorough background check
- Demonstrate high levels of professionalism and maintain confidentiality

Compensation and Benefits

You will be rewarded with a competitive hourly rate based on your experience:
  • $25.00/hour for less than 1 year of experience with RBT certification and enrollment in BCBA/BCaBA program
  • $26.50/hour for 1-2 years of experience with RBT certification and enrollment in BCBA/BCaBA program
  • $27.50/hour for 3-4 years of experience with RBT certification and enrollment in BCBA/BCaBA program
  • $28.50/hour for over 5 years of experience with RBT certification and enrollment in BCBA/BCaBA program
