Job Overview

Anova Hospice & Palliative Medicine is seeking a compassionate Hospice Registered Nurse to join our team.

We offer a competitive salary of $67,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year, with opportunities for growth and development in a dynamic work environment.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and their families by providing high-quality care and support in the comfort of their own homes or designated facilities.

As a Hospice Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments of patients and their families to determine their needs and develop personalized care plans
  • Providing symptom management, pain control, and emotional support to patients and their families
  • Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless coordination of care
  • Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions and care provided
Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A registered nurse license in the State of Pennsylvania
  • CPR certification
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, with at least 1 year of experience in Hospice Care
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
