Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Veterinary Technician to join our team at Allentown Animal Clinic. As a Veterinary Technician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients, working closely with our veterinarians and staff to deliver exceptional medical care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain exam rooms, patient treatment and surgical areas
  • Administer SQ, IM and IV injections
  • Perform IV catheter placement, phlebotomy, digital radiology, in-house laboratory testing, surgery and anesthesia monitoring
  • Provide client education and maintain good communication skills, written and verbal
  • Ability to maintain your composure in stressful situations and safely handle animals
