**Job Overview**

Kelly is seeking a skilled Medical Office Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing general office administrative duties, including organizing and maintaining files, scheduling appointments, and managing office supplies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Greet and receive clients in the reception area, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
  • Respond to emails in a timely and professional manner.
  • File paperwork accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper documentation and organization.
  • Scan and digitize documents for easy access and storage.
  • Cross-train on client intake processes to provide support as needed.
  • Adhere to all HIPAA standards on-site to ensure the privacy and security of confidential information.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or higher education.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for data entry and document management.
  • Minimum baseline knowledge of HIPAA compliance.
  • Punctuality and good attendance record.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work with individuals in heightened emotional states with empathy and sensitivity.
