At Buyerlink, we're expanding our Appointment Center in American Fork, UT. Our team is dedicated to connecting customers with home service companies and auto dealerships nationwide.

Your Role

We're seeking an experienced Appointment Coordinator who will play a crucial part in our growth journey. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for setting online, at-home, and walk-in appointments via phone calls. This junior-level position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your outbound sales skills and work collaboratively with our team.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls efficiently, ensuring seamless communication with customers.
  • Provide top-notch customer service, consistently meeting high standards.
  • Accurately maintain records in our CRM system, ensuring data integrity and precision.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve performance targets and drive results.

Your Qualifications

  • A minimum of [1-2] years of experience in a sales support or customer service role.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and soft skills, including verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.
  • A proven track record of driving performance, achieving targets, and exceeding expectations.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation Package

The estimated hourly rate for this position is $16-$18 per hour, depending on experience. This figure reflects the market rate for similar roles in the area, taking into account local cost of living and industry standards.
