About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Senior Analyst to join our team at The Clorox Company. As a key member of our customer team, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales efforts by gathering, analyzing, and reporting sales-related data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain sophisticated reports for retailer and customer teams to drive business decisions.
  • Independently capture and analyze data to identify business drivers and opportunities, and provide recommendations to support business initiatives.
  • Engage with buyers and other key retailer contacts to drive execution of the field team's business plan and identify volume and sales opportunities.
  • Provide reporting and insights to support business decisions, using appropriate tools and processes.
  • Communicate findings with a wide variety of stakeholders, including field sales teams, sales planning teams, and Clorox leadership.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience analyzing sales data in a CPG company, with experience in customer-facing roles a plus.
  • Proficient in key sales analytical tools and solid understanding of MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information to a broad audience.
  • Self-driven and consultative/solution-selling mindset.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, or related field.
