About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team at Quest Diagnostics. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for growing current business and targeting new opportunities to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to leverage company resources and expertise to drive sales growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in business-to-business sales with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and practices, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
