Job Summary

As a Physical Therapist Assistant at CHSGa, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in our skilled nursing facility. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team and contribute to the rehabilitation and recovery of our patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to a positive work team by sharing information, using problem-solving methods, and accepting new ideas, criticism, or advice from others.
• Support activities as introduced by skilled nursing facility and Rehabilitation Services.
• Demonstrate superior customer service through courtesy, consistent follow-up, and positive communication.
• Utilize continuing education assistance to achieve targeted quality improvements.
• Provide ongoing collaboration with the supervising Physical Therapist, Rehabilitation Director, and other disciplines to facilitate effective and efficient clinical case management.

Requirements

• At minimum, possess an Associate's degree in Physical Therapy.
• Possess a current, unencumbered, license to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of Georgia.
• Prefer two (2) years of experience in a skilled nursing facility rehabilitation environment, or equivalent.
