About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Integration Manager to join our team at Ascension. As a key member of our Change Management Solution, you will play a critical role in sustaining value for our Participants through direct end-user engagement, clear communication, and connecting across the organizations we serve.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop relationships with local clinical staff and leadership to aid in implementation of new contracted products and services
  • Lead all product conversions to new contracted items, including clinical engagement, education, and serving as the subject matter expert for new products
  • Proactively identify and implement local product savings opportunities
  • Escalate contracted product and service issues as needed
  • Lead local Decision Teams to determine any local products (specialty) needs
  • Coordinate local product needs with your local Operations counterparts
  • Aid in the support of product backorder and recall management, local savings opportunities, and reprocessing management
  • Understand and enforce the Vendor Access Policy(ies)
  • Work with National Training Coordinator to conduct new product trials, training, and introduction of new critical supplies and services with staff and physicians
  • Develop strategies on how to meet with clinical leadership, key physicians, and ambulatory leaders to review performance and value metrics, identify opportunities, and develop solutions
  • Train, educate, and mentor new Associate Manager, Integration when applicable
  • Serve as a clinical resource for Integration peers and Contract Design partners
  • Conduct basic analytics to calculate value and identify opportunities
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required
  • 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred
  • Additional Preferences: A Bachelor's degree (Masters preferred, clinical degree - BSN, RBN, PT - preferred), 2+ years of professional experience (business, healthcare administration, or supply chain), 2+ years of clinical experience preferred, Professional working proficiency of Google Workspace applications (Docs, Slides, Sheets, etc)
