Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team at British Swim School. As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching swimming lessons to children and adults, starting at 3-months old, following our gentle, fun, and progressive British Swim School aquatics program.

Key Responsibilities:

Instruct swimming lessons in accordance with British Swim School training and program standards, maintaining certifications throughout employment.

Work a flexible schedule that may include evenings (3pm-7pm), weekends (8am- 1pm), and holidays as required by business needs.

Work in an environment where noise levels are usually moderate to high and be in the water for the duration of the shift.

Requirements:

High school diploma, equivalent, or in the process of completion.

Enthusiastic personality.

Comfortable in and around the water. Strong swimming skills are a plus but can be taught and developed.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with children.

Swimming experience: 1-2 years preferred but not required.

Customer service skills: 1 year preferred.

Compensation:

$15.00 - $17.00 per hour.
