About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our Capital Planning and Stress Testing team at PenFed Credit Union. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of our annual Capital Plan and Self-Run Stress Test.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute and manage the communication, tracking, reporting, and delivery of the Capital Plan and Stress Testing submission to internal stakeholders and the NCUA.
  • Support and collaborate with cross-functional performers and leaders to deliver governance committee materials and all project deliverables.
  • Develop and drive ambitious project enhancement objectives through sound analysis and influencing key stakeholders.
  • Maintain a sound risk and control framework by compiling comprehensive documentation logs and process artifacts related to all pertinent meetings and project forums.
  • Foster strong business relationships across the enterprise by providing timely assistance and guidance on CPST-related inquiries.
Requirements
  • Minimum of eight (8) years proven experience managing complex projects to successful completion, including the ability to navigate complex environments and work with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of project management experience within the Financial Services industry or related domain.
  • Demonstrated ability to define and/or modify processes rather than applying what exists today.
  • Flexibility: ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements, including the ability to multi-task and juggle many competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Proven ability to work in a matrix-style organizational structure to motivate and influence others.
