Graham Windham is seeking a skilled Clinical Therapist to join our team. As a Clinical Therapist, you will provide individual, group, and family therapy to children, youth, and families in our Community Mental Health & Wellness Clinic.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing evidence-based psychotherapeutic interventions to assess, monitor, and ameliorate symptoms
- Developing and implementing comprehensive treatment plans for new intake clients and ongoing clients
- Collaborating with clients, collaterals, and the multi-disciplinary clinical treatment team to develop, review, and modify treatment plans
- Monitoring and evaluating clients' progress and modifying treatment plans as needed
- Providing crisis intervention services and managing up reportable incidents
- Coordinating discharge planning and making necessary referrals for treatment, rehabilitation, and support services
Requirements include:
- Master's degree with professional license (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAT)
- 1 year of post-masters experience in clinical experience with children, adolescents, and families
- Ability to work evenings and/or Saturdays
- Bilingual Spanish preferred with an additional salary differential given to employees who demonstrate adequate proficiency through a language exam
- High degree of computer literacy
- Experience in an Article 31 Mental Health Clinic preferred
- Demonstrated experience with diverse populations preferred
