Job Title: Swim Instructor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Swim Instructor to join our team at Ladgov Corporation. As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for providing formal classroom instruction and outdoor field training in accordance with established Aviation Rescue Swimmers Preparatory courses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide formal classroom instruction and outdoor field training in accordance with established Aviation Rescue Swimmers Preparatory courses.
• Develop and implement training programs to improve students' physical stamina, cardio health, and strength fitness.
• Prepare administrative documentation related to students and maintain student training metrics.
• Participate in scheduled Emergency Action Plan drills.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of training principles and techniques to apply education and help students acquire physical fitness and swimming skills.
• Knowledge of health and fitness fields, safety programs, and regulations.
• Ability to teach and test physical fitness and swim standards.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for effective management, supervision, and instruction of students.

Education and Experience:

• Must pass High Risk Instructor screening.
• Must successfully complete Physical Training Instructor (PTI) course or equivalent within 2 months of employment.
• Must obtain and maintain American Red Cross Adult CPR and First Aid certification within 6 months of employment.
• Must obtain and maintain lifeguard qualification.
