We are seeking experienced Medical Care Specialists for a Med Surg Orthopedics position with a 7p-7a shift at HealthFirst Staffing. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of two years of recent experience in Med/Surg nursing, preferably with Epic systems, although those with one year of experience may also be considered.

As a Medical Care Specialist, you will provide high-quality patient care to Med/Surg level patients only. You must hold BLS certification and be willing to float to similar units as needed. Our team emphasizes adherence to the scope of practice, ensuring that our patients receive exceptional care.

The estimated salary for this role is approximately $75,000 to $90,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
