Job Summary:

The Vehicle Restoration Specialist at The Boyd Group is responsible for restoring vehicles to pre-accident condition through skilled repairs and quality assessments. This role involves meticulous work, including disassembly, repair, reassembly, and repainting of vehicles while ensuring exceptional customer service and adherence to company standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Disassemble, repair, reassemble, and repaint vehicles to restore them to pre-accident condition
  • Conduct thorough inspections to identify damage and develop effective repair plans
  • Work with other technicians and support staff to complete repairs efficiently and effectively
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality repairs
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Successful completion of technical school program or 3-year apprenticeship as an auto body repairer
  • Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Physical ability to lift up to 30 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment

We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 to $200,000 per year, based on experience.
