What We Offer

We offer a competitive compensation package, including an estimated annual salary range of $40,000 - $60,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Our benefits include:

  • A guaranteed minimum of 3-4 hours per client visit
  • Higher pay rates for experienced caregivers looking for long-term assignments
  • Opportunities to work close to your home and create your own schedule
  • The ability to choose between full-time, part-time, or per-diem assignments

Job Responsibilities

As a PCA, HHA, or CNA, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering exceptional care to clients in their homes
  • Helping to implement customized care plans that address the physical, emotional, and social needs of clients
  • Providing personal companionship, social support, and emotional comfort to clients
  • Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
  • Keeping accurate records of client interactions, progress, and any changes in their condition
