CornerStone Staffing is seeking experienced professionals to fill Invoice Processor positions for a long-term project with a leading automotive client in Irving, TX.

As an Invoice Processor, you will play a crucial role in processing customer invoices, ensuring accuracy, and resolving any issues related to missing or incorrect information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review invoices and validate key fields in proprietary software
  • Process all invoices within the established Service Level Agreement (SLA)
  • Resolve validation issues on invoices in the exception queue
  • Maintain a positive customer service approach when interacting with technicians and coworkers
  • Assist with various projects as directed by the Supplier Resource Department Manager, including invoice processing and compiling team metrics

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or bookkeeping
  • Proficiency in 10-key (8,000 KSH)
  • Typing speed of 40 WPM
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
  • Experience in dealership accounting/bookkeeping preferred
  • Proficiency in Excel
