Mammography Team Lead

Our client, a leading healthcare provider in the Dallas area, is seeking an experienced Mammography Team Lead to join their team. As a key member of the radiology department, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient and effective imaging services.
About the RoleThis is a full-time permanent position, offering competitive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO, paid holidays, backup child/adult care, and more.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate mammography procedures, maintaining high-quality patient care standards.
- Collaborate with radiologists, technologists, and other staff members to ensure smooth departmental operations.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members, promoting professional development and growth.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to regulatory requirements and hospital policies.
- Achieved certification by ARRT in Radiography and advanced level certification in mammography.
- Minimum of two years' experience in supervisory roles within a radiology setting.
- Knowledge of database software, RIS/PACS systems, and diagnostic procedures like ultrasound core and stereotactic biopsies.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
This role offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a generous compensation package, our client provides opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic and supportive work environment.
