Our client, a leading healthcare provider in the Dallas area, is seeking an experienced Mammography Team Lead to join their team. As a key member of the radiology department, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient and effective imaging services.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate mammography procedures, maintaining high-quality patient care standards.
  • Collaborate with radiologists, technologists, and other staff members to ensure smooth departmental operations.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members, promoting professional development and growth.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to regulatory requirements and hospital policies.
Requirements
  • Achieved certification by ARRT in Radiography and advanced level certification in mammography.
  • Minimum of two years' experience in supervisory roles within a radiology setting.
  • Knowledge of database software, RIS/PACS systems, and diagnostic procedures like ultrasound core and stereotactic biopsies.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Benefits
