Responsibilities:
  • Oversee assigned IT projects to ensure they adhere to established budgets, schedules, and scopes.
  • Understand, comply, and execute all assigned projects, tasks, and activities in full alignment with Ferring company standards, including relevant SOPs and GxP Compliance requirements.
  • Support entities during Health Authority inspections as required.
  • Create, update, and revise project proposals to outline objectives, technologies, systems, specifications, timelines, funding, and staffing requirements.
  • Set, monitor, and track project milestones, addressing and managing unforeseen delays, adjusting schedules and expectations accordingly.
  • Develop and implement communication plans to keep all stakeholders informed, providing regular status updates to team members and stakeholders.
  • Collect, analyze, and summarize data to prepare comprehensive project status reports.
  • Conduct and guide strategic analysis to support project objectives.
  • Coordinate and manage all project phases to ensure timely completion.
  • Assemble and coordinate project team members, assigning individual responsibilities to ensure a cohesive team effort.
  • Update and maintain all production technologies, ensuring their proper maintenance and installation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field required.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in project management.
  • 3 years' experience in pharmaceutical or med-device industry regulated work.
  • Proven understanding of project management processes, strategies, and methods.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, and familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with a track record of establishing effective guidelines for others.
  • Strong sense of personal accountability in decision-making and team supervision.
  • Experience in a high-level collaborative environment, fostering a teamwork mentality.
  • Demonstrated analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to anticipate challenges and proactively address obstacles.
