Position Overview:
The Event Coordination Specialist plays a pivotal role within the Event Operations team, dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences through meticulous planning and execution of various programs and gatherings. This position requires collaboration with multiple departments to ensure that events align with organizational goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, organize, and implement tailored events that meet specific requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify event objectives and logistics.
  • Oversee venue inspections to confirm suitability for events.
  • Manage vendor relationships, including procurement and contract negotiations.
  • Facilitate communication with external partners and participants.
  • Generate analytical reports to assess event success and areas for improvement.
  • Utilize advanced event management software to maintain scheduling and logistics.
  • Provide administrative support in finance and communications as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Associate degree with a minimum of three years of relevant experience in event planning.
  • Proven track record of successfully coordinating events.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in office software and event management platforms.
Work Environment:
This position is primarily onsite, fostering collaboration and teamwork. Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends may be required.
