Job Title: Recreational Respite Specialist

At Dayforce, we are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Recreational Respite Specialist to join our team. As a Recreational Respite Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing support and care to individuals with developmental disabilities in a recreational setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist individuals with daily living activities, such as meal preparation and personal care.
  • Plan and implement recreational activities designed to meet the needs and interests of program participants.
  • Transport individuals to and from community sites, home, and other scheduled activities as necessary.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of individuals at all times.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Human Services experience preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
