Overview of the Role
We are seeking a talented and experienced Cabinet Sales and Design professional to join our team at Cabinet IQ of Charlotte. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the launch of our new location in Charlotte, North Carolina. As a leader in the industry, we are dedicated to providing a 5-star client experience in design and sales through client education, accurate measure/design and follow through.

Salary Information
The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 based on industry standards and comparable roles in the area. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits and perks that support your career growth and overall well-being.

Job Description
This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong leadership and communication skills. As a Cabinet Sales and Design professional, you will be responsible for following up on inbound leads, pursuing new business, understanding client design requests, and working with them to set an initial budget. You will also design extraordinary kitchens for customers by understanding their needs and providing solutions, ensuring that you are representing Cabinet IQ products and services accurately. Daily maintenance of current customers and prospects, providing in-home consultations, and staying current on industry trends and product knowledge are also key responsibilities of this role.

Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least 2 years of experience in cabinet sales and design, as well as a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, as is knowledge of CAD software, design tools, and computer skills. A High School Diploma or equivalent minimum education is required. Additional training and resources can be provided to support your growth and development in this role.
