Job Summary

CommonSpirit Health is seeking a skilled Healthcare Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to health plan members, employers, providers, and health plans. You will assess the purpose of each call and provide accurate and timely information to callers, including those with complex issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming telephone calls from health plan members, employers, providers, and health plans
  • Assess the purpose of each call and provide accurate and timely information to callers
  • Resolve complex caller issues in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • One or more years of experience working in a healthcare or related business environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing excellent customer service
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a managed care environment
