We are seeking a skilled Medical Doctor to join our team of healthcare professionals at Weatherby Healthcare. As a hospitalist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care and leading a team of medical staff.
Job SummaryThis is a locum tenens opportunity that requires the successful candidate to have an active state license and experience working in a hospital setting. You will be responsible for managing a caseload of patients, conducting assessments, and developing treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care, prioritizing their needs and ensuring they receive timely and effective treatment.
- Manage a caseload of 14-16 patients per day, conducting thorough assessments and developing individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress.
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- A current, active state medical license.
- Experience working in a hospital setting as a hospitalist.
- ACLS and BLS certification.
- Credentialing required.
- DEA registration.
