Nursing Supervisor

Maxim Healthcare Services is a leading provider of home healthcare services, seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to fill the role of Clinical Supervisor.
Job Overview:

- The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clinical oversight to our homecare clients and patients served, ensuring high-quality care and exceptional outcomes.
Salary Details:
We offer an attractive compensation package, including a base salary of $75,000 per annum, plus an annual bonus potential of up to $3,500, paid out quarterly. This represents a total estimated salary of $78,500 per annum, based on industry standards and comparable positions in the Jeffersonville, IN area.
About the Role:
The RN/Clinical Supervisor will play a key leadership role within our team, overseeing the clinical delivery of care to our clients and patients. Key responsibilities will include:
- Supervising and evaluating the performance of homecare caregivers, ensuring they meet the necessary clinical skills and competencies.
- Developing and implementing effective care plans, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Providing education and training to caregivers, promoting best practices and continuous learning.
- Conducting regular site visits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.
Requirements:
- A current, active RN license in the state(s) where our office and patients are located.
- A minimum of one year's experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
