We are seeking a skilled LPN to join our team in Millsboro, Delaware. The role involves providing direct patient care and working closely with healthcare professionals.

Job Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients under the supervision of RNs and physicians.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
- Conduct patient assessments and physical examinations to inform diagnosis and treatment plans.
- Monitor patient vitals and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Document patient information, medical histories, and treatment plans accurately and efficiently.
