The Job
We're seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Caregiver and Senior Companion. This full-time position requires a strong ability to build meaningful relationships with our residents and their families, provide assistance with activities of daily living, and attend to individual care needs. You'll also be responsible for participating in the development of Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) and monthly updates, ensuring our residents receive the best possible care and services.

Responsibilities:
  • Build meaningful relationships with a specified number of seniors and their families
  • Provide assistance with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Attend to individual care needs, including medication administration and wound care
  • Participate in the development of ISPs and monthly updates
  • Respond to the dining needs of residents and guests while maintaining Sunrise hospitality and service standards

Requirements:
  • Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills
  • Positive attitude and flexibility to perform various duties
  • High School diploma/GED accepted and may be required per state regulations
  • In states where appropriate, must maintain certifications
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Previous experience working with seniors preferred

Compensation and Benefits:
We offer competitive compensation based on geographic location, skills, experience, qualifications, and certifications/licenses (where applicable). Our benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, life, and disability plans, retirement savings plans, employee assistant program/discount program, paid time off (PTO), sick time, and holiday pay. Daily Pay is also offered to get paid within hours of a shift (offered in the U.S. only). Tuition reimbursement is available to support your career growth and development.
