Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Copper Assembler to join our team at NSI Industries in Anaheim, CA. As an assembler, you will be responsible for preparing, assembling, and testing copper cable to specifications and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and assemble copper cable, including stripping and terminating wires for standard and specialty products.
  • Solder interconnections per IPC-620 standard as required.
  • Read and interpret detailed written work orders.
  • Maintain a clean work area and conduct work in compliance with OSHA and company safety procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • High School Education or GED
  • 1-3+ years related assembling experience in manufacturing
  • Hands-on experience in assembly of electro-mechanical products, preferably connector or cable assemblies
  • Attention to detail

Candidates must be able to read and interpret work instructions in English, possess effective communication skills, and a professional demeanor. The position requires the ability to lift/move items weighing up to 50 pounds. We offer an excellent benefits package, paid time off, paid holidays, and quarterly bonus potential.
