Epic Travel Staffing Allied is seeking a skilled Electrophysiology Technician to join our team for a travel assignment in Columbia, South Carolina.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Electrophysiology Technician to work in our Electrophysiology department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrophysiology and cardiac cath lab procedures, as well as excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform electrophysiology procedures, including catheter ablations and pacemaker implantations
  • Assist with cardiac cath lab procedures, including angiograms and coronary interventions
  • Monitor and maintain equipment, including defibrillators and pacemakers
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Document patient information and procedure details accurately
Requirements:
  • SC License
  • 2 years EP or Cardiac Cath Lab experience
  • Successful completion of a health sciences program
  • RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) or RCES (Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist)
  • Must have at least 1 year's experience with Epic EMR
  • Minimum 1 year of scrub experience
  • BCLS
  • ARRT with corresponding sub-certification
  • SCRQSA
