We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Automation Support Specialist to join our team in Vista, CA.

About the Role

This position will provide technical support for our customers and perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis of pharmacy automation products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer support requests via phone, email, and portal tickets using remote control tools.
  • Provide first-level contact and problem resolution for users with hardware, software, and applications problems.
  • Analyze and solve complex problems using advanced troubleshooting skills.
  • Gather data, create written materials, KB articles, and reports.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines.
  • Communicate effectively with external and internal service personnel.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of problems, notes, and resolutions in the ticketing system.
  • Escalate problems as necessary.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in pharmacy or healthcare, preferably retail.
  • 3+ years of prior contact center/call center experience.
  • Solid experience troubleshooting Microsoft Windows 7 and 10 operating systems.
  • Experience working with pharmacy automation equipment and robotics hardware is preferred.
  • Strong hardware and software experience.
  • Familiarity with MS SQL Server 2008/2012 and networking fundamentals.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
