Job Summary

At BrightView Landscapes, we're seeking a skilled Crew Leader to oversee our outdoor teams. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for directing the work of 2-5 team members, ensuring tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and supervise outdoor crews in various service lines, including maintenance, installation, and supportive services.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with the Production Manager to achieve client satisfaction and resolve any concerns.
  • Provide feedback and training to crew members, and assist in their development.
  • Manage equipment, maintain accurate logs, and ensure timely maintenance.

Requirements:

  • 2-3+ years of experience in a landscape-related field.
  • Prior crew leader or foreman experience is highly preferred.
