Overview

We're looking for a seasoned sales leader to join our team at First Citizens Bank. As a Financial Sales Manager, your primary focus will be on driving business growth through outbound calling activities and strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve individual and team sales goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, prospects, and referral sources through proactive outreach and engagement.
  • Represent the bank in the community to generate new business opportunities and identify potential CRA initiatives.

Team Management:

  • Lead and manage performance and personnel functions for a team, ensuring delivery of results that meet customer needs and financial expectations.
  • Cultivate associate development and achievement of results through coaching, mentoring, and ongoing support.

Service/Operations Standards:

  • Ensure compliance with all regulations, bank policies, procedures, and delegated authorities to manage risk related to credit, operational, reputational, regulatory, and legal aspects.
  • Foster collaborative partnerships that deliver value for customers, prospects, and colleagues.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in sales, customer service, lending, or financial services sales, including supervisory roles.
  • Must complete federal registration and annual renewal as required by the SAFE Act.
  • Valid driver's license required, with frequent driving to other offices, customers, etc.

Requirements:

  • Application of a structured sales process, providing financial guidance and expertise, financial literacy, financial analysis, knowledge of business banking products and services, business development, networking, and building centers of influence.

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is between $99,535 and $134,665 per year, depending on skills, experience, location, and other factors. This compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards outlined in the offer of employment.
