Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Home Care Agency Director to lead our team at Addus HomeCare. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for directing the overall operations of the agency, ensuring the delivery of high-quality home care services, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Leadership: Direct the agency's daily activities, including client scheduling, personnel management, payroll processing, and records maintenance.
  • Client Care: Oversee the development and execution of client care plans, ensuring that all services are performed efficiently and effectively in accordance with established quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Business Development: Participate in the development and implementation of business strategies to drive census and revenue growth, including sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and retain agency staff, ensuring compliance with Company policies and practices, as well as all related regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Health Care Administration, Business, Social Services, Public Administration, or a related field of study.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in healthcare and supervisory/management experience, preferably in home health care and/or home and community-based services.
  • Skills: Strong communication, teambuilding, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to drive census and revenue growth, and manage an agency budget.
