Job Summary:

As an Outbound Representative, you will be responsible for actively seeking out and engaging customer prospects, presenting information about our services, and establishing positive business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively seek out and engage customer prospects.
• Present information about Quantum Towing and Recovery's services to existing and prospective customers.
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Reach out to customer leads through various communication channels to generate new business opportunities.
• Coordinate efforts with team members and other departments to support customer needs.
• Analyze customer inquiries and provide appropriate assistance or information.
• Provide feedback to management on customer needs, trends, and competitive activities.
• Stay informed on industry trends and company offers.
• Continuously improve customer service skills through feedback and training opportunities.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
• Highly motivated with a proactive approach to customer engagement.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new processes.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with email and other communication tools.

Estimated Salary: Commission-based, approximately $40,000 - $60,000 per year.
