Overview

As a Store Manager at GPM Investments LLC, you will be responsible for leading a team of dedicated professionals to achieve remarkable results. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact and drive real change in a rapidly growing national convenience store chain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a diverse team of 8 to 15 members, fostering a supportive and dynamic environment.
  • Implement and oversee all company sales initiatives to drive sales growth across all shifts.
  • Manage store expenses proactively, ensuring the store reflects our brand image and is stocked with fresh products.
  • Recruit and develop customer-focused team members, aiding in their career progression.
  • Ensure a safe space for customers and staff, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.

Requirements:

  • 18 years of age or older for AR, CT, FL, LA, MI, MA, MS, MO, NC, SC, TX, TN, AZ, and CO/ 21 years of age for all other states.
  • Retail and/or Food Management experience.
  • Willingness to work any shift as needed, offering flexibility and adaptability.
  • Occasional travel for regional and district meetings.
  • Valid driver's license and access to an insured vehicle.
  • Customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to clear a pre-employment drug screen and criminal history check.
