We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead the development and growth of our Master of Genetic Counseling Program at Liberty University. As the Lead Genetic Counselor Program Developer, you will be responsible for building and managing this pioneering program from the ground up.

 

The ideal candidate will possess a master's degree in genetic counseling and current ABGC or ABMGG certification. Experience in program development, management, and accreditation is highly desirable.

 

In this inaugural role, you will collaborate with faculty to elevate curriculum and instruction, secure top-tier clinical sites, and foster connections within Virginia's medical landscape. You will also oversee operational, programmatic, and accreditation activities to ensure seamless accreditation through ACGC.

 

Salary Range: $110,000 - $140,000 per year (based on experience)
