Role Summary

Dymin Systems seeks a skilled Bench Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain various technology devices, including desktops, laptops, gaming PCs, and other electronic equipment. As a Bench Technician, you will work with other technicians to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' devices.

Key Responsibilities

• Bench Technical Work (65%): Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, or replace hardware and software issues on laptops, desktops, and other electronic equipment.
• Customer Service (30%): Collaborate with customers to understand their technology needs and provide technical assistance and guidance.
• Miscellaneous Tasks (5%): Shred hard drives and perform other tasks as needed to support the Retail Department.
