About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Product Launch Coordinator to join our client in Lexington, KY. As a key member of the project team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing multiple product launches from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, supply chain, brand management, finance, training, and sales, to drive project success.
  • Analyze project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Develop and manage project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and action item lists.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of product development processes and project management principles.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • PMP Certification.
  • Experience working with financial aspects of product development projects.
Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $95,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
