Material Handler Supervisor

As a Material Handler Supervisor at Kelvion Products Inc, you will oversee the material handling team and perform various duties in accordance with normal day-to-day warehouse operations. Your primary responsibilities will include supervising and training employees, developing work instructions, and communicating performance objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train material handling staff to ensure safe and efficient operations.
- Develop and communicate work instructions and performance objectives.
- Partner with Shipping & Receiving, Quality, Inventory Control, and Production Leads to prioritize actions and ensure smooth warehouse operations.
- Collaborate with EHS and Maintenance Teams to develop and maintain material handling training and PM checklists.
- Exhibit good interpersonal skills and a pleasant demeanor.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English to read and comprehend written guidelines and instructions.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Teams and ability to learn various functions assigned within the ERP system.
- Ability to receive, listen, and understand in-coming messages and verbal communication from Shipping & Receiving, Inventory Control, and Quality co-workers.
- Valid driver's license and safe driving record.
- 5+ years prior experience in shipping, inventory control, material handling, and/or receiving in a manufacturing environment.
