Job Summary

We are seeking compassionate RNs and LPNs to join our team of dedicated caregivers. As a member of our hospice team, you will provide high-quality care to patients and their families, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care, including assessments, interventions, and education
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training

Requirements

  • Current licensure as an RN or LPN in the state of employment
  • Experience in hospice, home health, ICU, geriatric, or oncology preferred
  • Current driver's license and automobile insurance
  • Current CPR certification, or willingness to obtain
