Job Title: Late Night Assistant Manager

Clover Food Lab is seeking a motivated and experienced Late Night Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our restaurant operations, you will be responsible for leading a team of employees during overnight shifts, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of employees during overnight shifts, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and a smooth operation.
  • Manage cash handling and inventory, ensuring accurate records and minimizing losses.
  • Assist with recruitment, training, and development of in-store employees, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to coordinate restaurant operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and customer feedback.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, employee engagement, and overall restaurant performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and best practices, ensuring compliance and adherence to standards.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in food service management, with a focus on overnight operations.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams, with a focus on customer satisfaction and employee engagement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, customers, and vendors.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on multitasking and prioritizing tasks.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred.
