Imaging Service Engineer I

At FUJIFILM Healthcare America Corporation, we are seeking a highly skilled Imaging Service Engineer I to join our team. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for performing scheduled and unscheduled service work on medical imaging systems within a designated service area.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform preventative maintenance as directed by the Area Service Manager.
- Conduct unscheduled maintenance work with the assistance of technical support.
- Install and de-install products and peripheral equipment as directed, with some assistance.
- Maintain excellent working relations with field personnel, home office personnel, and management.
- Communicate effectively with the management team to escalate issues and customer concerns.
- Perform administrative duties, including electronic expense reports, weekly timecards, and electronic reporting functions.
- Ensure timely and effective communication with customers to resolve issues and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Utilize the escalation process to resolve customer service delivery issues and conduct root cause analysis.
- Maintain accurate and complete administrative records and paperwork.
- Associate's degree in electrical engineering, electronics, or computer science, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum one year of previous field service experience.
- Knowledge of assigned equipment to provide timely repair and effective maintenance.
- Active listening skills and above-average customer service skills.
- Sound organization and administrative skills, with the ability to maintain paperwork to FDA and company standards.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical issues in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Valid driver's license and safe driving record.
- Must have valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
- Must possess good interpersonal skills.
- Must be reliable and able to work independently.
- Must project a professional image.
- $38.46 hourly (depending on experience), with a $3k bonus incentive opportunity.
