Job Title: Payroll/AP AR Specialist

Community Integrated Living Incorporated is seeking a highly skilled Payroll/AP AR Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our financial operations team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage payroll duties, including processing payroll, handling employee relations, and maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely and accurate payment to vendors and clients.
  • Perform unemployment and workers' compensation tasks, including filing and reporting.
  • Order central supply items, ROCS billing, and establish pre-need burial insurance for clients.
  • Manage office supplies, job postings, and communicate with vendors, suppliers, and agencies regarding accounts and client status.
  • Complete representative payee reports, SSI/SSDI client case reviews, and verify client bank account audits.
  • Manage Medicaid notices, organize special events, and file tax returns for clients.
  • Perform quarterly and annual tax deposits, collect paperwork, and create and manage forms for clients, staff, and managers.
  • Provide HR support, including vacation, sick time, IRA, and filing duties.
  • Set up representative payee status for new clients, reconcile petty cash, and approve receipts and credit cards.
  • Manage fire alarm and sprinkler system inspections, financials for clients, and basic supervision of the Administrative Assistant/Concierge.
  • Maintain Medicaid eligibility logs, reconcile office bank statements, and perform IT troubleshooting and repairs.
  • Participate in webinars and training as needed, and oversee safety and fire duties, maintenance items, and ordering of maintenance supplies.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Verified Background Check.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Working knowledge of supervising, Excel, Microsoft Word, general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
  • Working knowledge of computer hardware, software programs, Medicare, and Medicaid.
  • Data base knowledge a plus.
