Respiratory Therapist

Avera McKennan Hospital is seeking a skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our team. As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of patients from diverse backgrounds.
About the Role:
- You will be responsible for administering respiratory therapy according to established care standards and evaluating its effectiveness.
Your Qualifications:
- An Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school is required.
- A graduate of an A.M.A-approved school of Respiratory is preferred.
Certification, Licensure, Registration:
- Licensed as a Respiratory Care Practitioner/Respiratory Therapist in the State of South Dakota is required.
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) is required within 6 months of hire date.
Work Schedule:
- Varied shifts; 72 hours every 2 weeks.
Compensation:
- The hourly range for this position is $26.25 - $39.50 per hour, dependent upon experience.
