**Wood Treating Specialist**

At UFP Industries, Inc, we're looking for a skilled Wood Treating Specialist to join our production team. As a key member of our team, you'll work in a collaborative environment where you'll see your work transform into a finished product every day.

The Wood Treating Specialist is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of wood preserving equipment, ensuring that materials are treated according to the appropriate specifications. This includes handling and disposing of hazardous materials according to company policy.

You'll test wood fiber and solutions to meet specific treating requirements, transfer material into the treating cylinder, and provide general preventive maintenance on treating equipment. Additionally, you'll complete pre-shift/startup equipment checklists and report any problems or concerns.

**Requirements:**
