Our law office in Clermont, Florida is seeking a highly skilled Paralegal Assistant to support our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-8 years of recent law firm experience within the State of Florida, with a strong background in civil litigation and insurance defense.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Assisting in the preparation of pleadings, letters, and other legal documents
- Scheduling depositions, hearings, and meetings with attorneys and clients
- Maintaining accurate records and files
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients and colleagues
- Working closely with the office manager and paralegal team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
The ideal candidate will be a proficient typist, have strong proof-reading skills, and be knowledgeable about civil litigation. If you are a motivated and organized individual with a passion for the legal field, we encourage you to apply.
