Job Title: Construction Project Executive

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project management strategies to ensure timely completion and within budget.
  • Collaborate with department heads to provide guidance and support to direct reports.
  • Manage multiple projects and teams, ensuring effective coordination and communication.
  • Oversee all phases of assigned projects, including field staff, materials, equipment, and submittals.
  • Ensure compliance with drawings and specifications, create and maintain schedules, and manage financials.
  • Lead and support a positive, proactive work culture that embodies our company values.
  • Conduct market analysis and recommend short-term objectives and long-range goals to the Unit Manager.
  • Review pricing and job selection policies for bid and negotiated work.
  • Maintain awareness of the company's image among customers and take action to correct problems.
  • Participate in the bidding and negotiating process to ensure contract procurement.
  • Assist in preparing annual operating and fixed assets budgets.
  • Monitor departments and profit centers to ensure budget achievement.
  • Understand financial position, profitability, cash flow, and capital structure to ensure stability and achieve financial objectives.
  • Provide guidance and oversight in preparing project understandings, schedules, budgets, fee proposals, and negotiations.
  • Attend and participate in required training programs.
  • Conform to all company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of commercial metal framing and drywall construction experience in project management.
  • Experience with OST and QuickBid is a plus.
  • Ability to read and interpret contract documents, drawings, schedules, and specifications.
  • Knowledge of construction budgets, scheduling, and estimating.
  • Strong leadership and management abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of organization and multi-tasking skills.

The salary range for this position is $125k-$175k.
