Job Summary

We are seeking a Produce Stocker to join our team at Wegmans Food Markets. As a Produce Stocker, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized produce department, and ensuring that our customers have access to a wide variety of fresh fruits and vegetables.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, helping them locate the freshest fruits and vegetables
  • Answer customer questions and provide recommendations on produce selection
• Produce Department Maintenance
  • Maintain a clean and organized produce department, including shelves, displays, and backroom coolers
  • Restock produce as needed to ensure that our customers have access to a wide variety of fresh fruits and vegetables
• Inventory Management
  • Unload daily deliveries and stock cases, displays, and backroom coolers with new and existing products/inventory
  • Rotate produce to ensure that older items are sold before they expire

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Ability to Lift 50 Pounds
